Hi, I am responsible for
developing the strategic vision of the Vivan Housing. I focuses on the overall functioning of the Vivan Housing, in particular emphasizing on successful project execution, quality control, technology advancement and customer satisfaction.
I supervises the performance of various departments in the organizations such as Design and Engineering, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, Quality-Safety and Technology, Estimation, Costing, Value Engineering, Landscaping, etc. I play a key role in the successful integration of new technology and German Quality standards in our construction methodology.
My previous experiences include working in many challenging roles with Sobha developers, Bosch and Siemens. I have worked across countries in Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland & other European countries), Turkey and South America-Brazil. This working experience across the Globe helped me in implementing new cost-effective designs, architecture, and sustainability technology in our projects.

Myself Mr. Rishikh Vivan is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Vivan Housing.
I hold Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bangalore and Masters of Science from Technical University of Berlin, GERMANY.
I have over fifteen years of experience in the field of Real estate development.
